Looking for a space to hold your next event? From a baby shower for 30 people to a wedding reception for 400 people, the City of Evans can provide you with accommodations to fit your needs.
Rooms are available Sunday-Thursday 6 am-11 pm and Friday and Saturday 6 am-12 am. There is a four hour minimum on all weekend rentals. Please come in Monday-Friday from 9 am-4 pm to reserve your room. Reservations must be made in person.
Reservation Fee
A non-refundable fee of $200 will be required upon signing the contract for the reservation. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the rental.
Damage Deposits
General: $150
Alcohol: $300
Damage Depostis are refundable, pending no damages to the room or facility and all guests leave the facility on time.
Alcohol Fee
Includes a maximum of 6 hours of serving alcohol, and the presence of one security guard per 100 people.
