Below are links to the comprehensive drainage study. The study was prepared in two volumes.
Volume I is the Master Drainage Plan for the City of Evans. It contains information on the drainage basins within the city and its Urban Growth Area, the existing drainage facilities within these basins, a complete hydrolic analysis of these basins, potential drainage problem areas, and recommended solutions to the drainage problems. All calculations and reference studies are included in Appendix 1-4 of Volume I.
Volume II is the Drainage Criteria Manual for the City of Evans. It contains the criteria and policies to be used in the design of stormwater drainage systems, including policies on the Evans Town Ditch and recommendations for funding of drainage system improvements.
