In order to bid any City of Evans projects, you must be included on the plan-holder's list for that project. Bid packages are available online or at the City of Evans Community Complex located at 1100 37th Street, Evans, CO 80620. To be added to the plan-holder's list contact the City at (970) 475-1170.
