13.09.010 Incorporation of groundwater from certain aquifers into city water service plan. The city hereby incorporates the groundwater from all aquifers, including the Dawson, Denver, Arapahoe, Laramie Fox Hills or Dakota Aquifers, underlying all property within the boundaries of the city into the city water service plan. (Ord. 621 85, 1985)
13.09.020 Property owner groundwater withdrawal consent. All property owners within the city shall be deemed to have consented to the withdrawal of groundwater by the city, in accord with Colorado Revised Statutes 37 90 137. (Ord. 621 85, 1985)
