Chapter 3.32 - RESERVE INCREASES

3.32.010 Reserves from excess revenues. Revenues from sources not excluded from fiscal year spending by Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, which exceed fiscal year spending shall be reserved to the extent necessary to maintain or maximize fiscal year spending limits. 3.32.020 Reserve increases to be part of current fiscal year spending. Such reserve increases shall be part of current fiscal year spending and shall be a separate reserve from Emergency Reserves required by Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution. (Ord. 897-93, 1993)
3.32.030 Reserves determined from audit. The specific amount of the current fiscal year reserve increase shall be determined as a part of year end and audit procedures. (Ord. 897-93, 1993)
