Chapter 19.46 - LOT REQUIREMENTS

19.46.010 Lot division restrictions. No lot or property shall be divided, for the purpose of sale or transfer involving separate ownership, so that the resulting portion of the original lot or property violates in any way the provisions of this zoning code. (Ord. 015-00, 2000: 15.66)

19.46.020 Undersized lots. Where a lot in separate ownership has a smaller area than the minimum required in this title, and was of record on the effective date of the ordinance codified herein, such lot may be occupied by a one-family dwelling and the usual accessory buildings, provided the yard requirements of this zoning code shall not be reduced. (Ord. 015-00, 2000)

19.46.030 Through lots--Building projection restrictions. On through lots or double frontage lots, no building shall project beyond the minimum front setback provided for the specific use in that zoning district. (Ord. 015-00, 2000)
