19.40.010 Requirements for use of zone. The planned unit development (PUD) zone may be requested and, if requested, the provisions of the city subdivision regulations, Chapter 18.28, shall apply as though fully set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 005-00, 2000: Ord. 306)
19.40.020 Telecommunication facilities. When telecommunication facilities are requested within developed PUD zone districts, the review process will be in accordance with Chapter 19.44 Special Uses. If placement of the facilities are incorporated with a PUD rezoning request, or PUD Plan Amendment, then the facilities will be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 18.28. (Ord. 005-00, 2000)
