13.12.010 Rules and regulations Applicability. The city council shall have the authority to establish rules and regulations by resolution for the use and management of the Evans Ditch. Permit holders shall agree to abide by all such rules, or be denied water from the ditch. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.020 Use of water Permit required. It is unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or association, to use or cause to be used any water from the Evans Ditch without making application to the city manager or his representative and having obtained his approval and a permit from the city treasurer. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.030 Application for permit Contents. Any person or persons making an application for the use of Evans Ditch water shall state the number of acres, blocks or lots to be watered or irrigated, or for whatever purpose the water is to be used. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.040 Commercial or industrial uses City council permission required. Water from the Evans Ditch, when used for other than irrigation, such as commercial and industrial uses, shall be approved by the city council. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.050 Rates. The city council shall at a regular meeting prior to the first of April of each year, establish the irrigation rates for the ensuing irrigation season. Rates for other uses shall be established by contract. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.060 Deposit of collected moneys. All moneys collected from the issuance of permits or from contracts for use of ditch water shall be deposited with other water department funds. (Ord. 274, 1973)
13.12.070 Recordkeeping requirements. The city treasurer shall make an annual report to the city manager of all funds collected, acreage or blocks and lots irrigated, and other uses of ditch water. (Ord. 274, 1973)
