The Official Zoning Map is adopted annually by the City Council per Chapter 1.20 of the Evans Municipal Code. The 2012 Official Zoning Map was updated on February 21, 2012.
The Official Zoning Map is laid out in three map pages. Page 1 includes all areas from the western edge of Evans at Three Rivers Parkway to the eastern boundary of the Tuscany subdivision and north of Weld County Road 50.5. Page 2 includes all of the city limits from the western boundary of the Ashcroft Heights Subdivision to the Evans' eastern border at 1st Avenue and north of Weld County Road 50.5. Page 3 includes all areas in Evans south of Weld County Road 50.5.
