Royce has spent the last five years working for the City of Evans performing Code Enforcement and Animal Control, after spending 6 years working in Pennsylvania as a Camp Administrator. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Jamestown College, ND in teaching. Royce is married and has 3 children with a 4th on the way. Royce enjoys participating and competing in a variety of sports both athletically and leisurely.
