The City of Evans Neighborhood Services Department is actively pursuing the best yards around town. We are looking for homes and yards that embody the spirit of "Happy Home, Happy Life!", meet the city's standards for code compliance and add to the overall curb appeal of the neighborhood. Even though it is early in the season its never too early to take pride in your home's appearance. The City will award a $25.00 gift certificate to Happy Life Gardens in Evans and a $25.00 Visa pre-paid gift card. Prizes will be awarded by the Evans Neighborhood Services Department Staff. Owners of the winning yard will be contacted via mail and a picture of the home and address will be posted on the City's website for viewing. Monthly winners will be added to a drawing at the end of the year for the title of "The Best Yard of the Year in Evans". A grand prize will also be awarded to the owner of that home/yard (still to be determined). So let's all get out there and Good Luck!
